The flat STUDIO ZEN is located in the heart of Rouen, 1 minute away (by walk) from the famous Cathedral Notre Dame de Rouen and 3 minutes away from the city historical center and its famous monuments
– the “Gros Horloge”,
– the “Place du Vieux Marché” where Joan of Arc was burned to death
– the “Joan of Arc Historical Exhibition” that opened in March 2015
-The “Musée des Beaux Arts”
– The Opera House (The “Théatre des Arts”)
– And the “Musée Gustave Flaubert”, right outside the residence you will be staying at
You will find a bakery right at the end of the street, on the “Place de la Cathedrale” to enjoy your croissant and fresh bread every morning.
Within a 5 minutes walk range, you will enjoy 1 supermarket, a pharmacy, a newspaper shop, a pressing, a tea house where you will enjoy great pastries and plenty of restaurants going from regular restaurants with a fair price/quality ratio to French Gourmet Restaurants.
Local landmarks include shopping centers “Printemps“ and “Les Nouvelles Galleries” best known as “Galleries Lafayette” which are within a short walk of the accommodation.
5 minutes away from the apartment, you will find the subway station that will lead you to the train station (5minutes)
Paying parking slots are available in the streets around the apartment and a Private underground parking facility is available less than 3 minutes away from the flat.
